Exchanges and Returns at Curvy.pt

At Curvy.pt, we want you to be completely happy with your purchases. That’s why we offer a simple and clear process for exchanges and returns, always in line with Portuguese and European laws. 

For any exchange or return, it’s essential that you keep your purchase receipt and that the product is in the same condition you received it, with the tag intact and in the original packaging.

1. Defective Products

All Curvy.pt products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects or non-compliance. 

If you notice a defect in your product, you must contact us within 2 months of discovering it, providing your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

How to return the product:

• After our assessment, if the defect is confirmed, you can choose between: 
• Free repair of the product. 
• Replacement with a new product. 
• Price reduction. 
• Contract termination with a full refund. 

We will carry out the repair, deliver a new product, or refund (partially or fully) as quickly as possible, always within a maximum of 30 days. If you choose contract termination, we will refund the full amount of the product, including delivery costs and, if applicable, return shipping costs. The refund…It will be paid by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide, with no extra costs for you. Exceptions: The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, ignoring the product instructions, or repairs made by unauthorized third parties.

2. Natural Variations Not Considered Defects 

Many of our products, especially handmade ones, are made from natural materials that have unique characteristics such as variations in grain, texture, knots, and colors. These variations are normal and expected, and are not considered defects. They are part of the individual beauty of the product.

Right of Withdrawal (Return Without Explanation) 

You have the right to return any product without needing to give a reason and without penalties, within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. 

To exercise this right, you must notify Curvy.pt of your decision clearly.

After we receive your notice, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. 

How to return the product:

The return must be made within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to cancel the contract.

 Return costs: 

• Curvy.pt covers the return shipping costs if the package is sent from Mainland Portugal or the Islands, using the CTT service. 
• If you choose another method or carrier, the shipping costs will be your responsibility, estimated up to a maximum of €10.

The returned product must be in proper condition for use (not exceeding the normal handling accepted in-store), intact, with the tag and in the original packaging.
Curvy.pt will refund the value of the returned product as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You will never have any additional costs for the refund.

Order Cancellation by Curvy
Curvy.pt reserves the right to cancel any order or to not accept a confirmed order in case of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or any incorrect product information on the website. In these cases, we will fully refund the amounts paid.
